Rise Refill

Rise is a bright, caffeine-free herbal infusion with a fresh, green character reminiscent of green tea. Nettle and oat straw give it a gently earthy, refreshing base. Ginger brings a quiet warmth, while elderflower, lemon peel and a subtle touch of rosemary add lift and interest.

Brew it before breakfast, take it to your desk, or make it at eleven when you realise the morning got away from you.

Made to keep your Rise tin filled and the morning ritual going. Each 100g pouch fills the tin, with another 30g ready to top it up as you go.

Nettle, ginger, elderflower, oat straw, lemon peel and rosemary.

May contain traces of nuts (including peanuts), sesame, cereals (including gluten), soya.

How to brew

Cup
Add 2 tsp per cup. Fill with freshly boiled water and infuse for 5–7 minutes.

Overnight infusion
Add 8 tsp to 500ml of freshly boiled water. Cover and steep for 4–8 hours. Strain and refrigerate. Consume within 48 hours.
