Rise

The blend that begins the Tonic & Root day.

Rise is a bright, caffeine-free herbal infusion with a fresh, green character reminiscent of green tea. Nettle and oat straw give it a gently earthy, refreshing base. Ginger brings a quiet warmth, while elderflower, lemon peel and a subtle touch of rosemary add lift and interest.

Brew it before breakfast, take it to your desk, or make it at eleven when you realise the morning got away from you.

The tin is made to stay. When the tea is gone, refill it with one of our 100g pouches and return it to its place on the worktop.

Nettle, ginger, elderflower, oat straw, lemon peel and rosemary.

How to brew

Cup
Add 2 tsp per cup. Fill with freshly boiled water and infuse for 5–7 minutes.

Overnight infusion
Add 8 tsp to 500ml of freshly boiled water. Cover and steep for 4–8 hours. Strain and refrigerate. Consume within 48 hours.
