The Discovery Set brings together all three Tonic & Root blends in 10g pouches, giving you a few cups of each to try before deciding which ones belong in your day.

Each set contains three 10g pouches of loose-leaf herbal infusion, along with nine fill-your-own tea filters so you can begin without any special equipment.

Rise

Fresh and green, with an earthy base of nettle and oat straw, quiet warmth from ginger and a little lift from elderflower and lemon peel. Made for mornings, whether they begin slowly or halfway out of the door.

Recharge

Smooth, rosehip-led and crisp without tasting sweet. Raspberry and sea buckthorn give it a bright, fruity character that works just as well poured over ice. One for changing the pace in the middle of the day.

Rest

A beautifully layered evening blend with a rounded base of linden, lemon balm and chamomile. Orange peel and lavender sit quietly in the background, adding subtle depth and a gently dry finish. Made for the part of the evening you have been looking forward to.

Try them in order across the day, begin with the one that sounds most like you, or keep each for the moment when it feels right. When you find yourself returning to one, its reusable tin is ready to take its place in your everyday ritual.

Inside the set

Rise: nettle, ginger, elderflower, oat straw, lemon peel and rosemary.

Recharge: rosehip, raspberry, raspberry leaf, raisin and sea buckthorn.

Rest: linden flower, chamomile, orange peel, lemon balm and lavender.

May contain traces of nuts (including peanuts), sesame, cereals (including gluten), soya, celery, milk and mustard.

How to brew

Add 2–3 tsp per cup. Fill with freshly boiled water and infuse for 5–7 minutes.

Use one of the enclosed tea filters, a tea infuser or a teapot with a strainer. You can also allow the herbs to infuse freely and pour through a small kitchen sieve.
