Rest is as beautiful loose in the tin as it is satisfying in the cup. More layered than a simple chamomile tea, it has a smooth, rounded base of linden, lemon balm and chamomile. Orange peel and lavender sit quietly in the background, adding subtle depth and a gently dry finish.

Make it for the part of the evening you’ve been looking forward to. Take it to the sofa with a book or a film, run a bath, or simply enjoy a quiet cup before bed.

How to brew

Cup

Add 2 tsp per cup. Fill with freshly boiled water and infuse for 5–7 minutes.

Pot

Add 4 teaspoons to a teapot. Pour over freshly boiled water and infuse for 10 minutes. Best Enjoyed slowly throughout the evening.
